Friend Request Policy

This Friend Request Policy has been established to ensure that requests for players to be on the same team are considered in a consistent and fair manner. The rules of the policy are outlined as follows:

• One friend request is allowed per child. The friend requested MUST also request you or the request will not be granted. If you request more than one name, your request will be denied.
• No chain requests will be granted.
• Siblings that are registered in the same division will be placed on the same team.
• Coaches are allowed to request an assistant coach but this will count as the player’s friend request.
• Players that need to be placed together for rides must request each other. This will count as the player request.
• Friend requests are granted on a first come first serve basis
• Participants on a waitlist will be placed on a team with an available slot without consideration of friend requests.
• No exceptions to the Friend Request Policy.

While all reasonable efforts will be completed to grant requests, TCMB cannot guarantee for every case.
