In case of inclement weather, the township may decide to close the diamonds. This decision will be made before 4:00 PM and communicated to the TCMB executive members. The executive members will promptly inform all coaches with scheduled diamond time.

If the weather changes after 4:00 PM, coaches are responsible for deciding whether to cancel their diamond time. If you choose to cancel, please follow these steps:

  1. Email at least 30 minutes before the scheduled diamond time so that TCMB can be credited for the rental fees by the township.
  2. Inform players and parents about the cancellation as soon as possible.
  3. If the cancellation involves a game, email both the other coach and the Umpire in Chief (

First-time missed cancellations will not incur any charges. However, if you miss notifying TCMB for a second time, your team will be billed $80.

If the umpire calls off a game due to weather after your arrival, TCMB will cover the umpire cost.
